All public scheduled courses start at 9:00 am and finish at about 5:00 pm. Our Delegates are invited to arrive at 08:45 am and enjoy coffee or tea before their course starts.

All courses take a morning and afternoon refreshment break. Courses normally break at midday for lunch. There are also refreshment breaks either side of lunch.
